As an account representative for the Mike Fernandez State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You help us grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by helping them protect what matters most in their lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and Detail-oriented.
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- P&C insurance licensed preferred.
Compensation: $24,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
